The top 5 ways to reach targets

Is your team working to achieve organizational targets but continually falling short? This is common.

Here are some areas to review:

1. Is your staff clear on the link between organizational goals, departmental goals and their own targets?
2. Have you reviewed roles and responsibilities for your team members to ensure all work is aligned in the direction of the targets and there is a minimum of wasted efforts & duplication?
3. Are you asking your staff to do too many things - causing them to make a little advancement in each area for no discernible overall progress?
4. Have you reviewed costs and processes to ensure the best use of organizational resources?
