Learn about The Haines Centre for Strategic Management
Meet in person or online to discuss your background and qualifications and benefits of joining us
2. Get certified in Haines Centre materials
Complete one of our three core Gold Mastery Certifications
3. Interview with Global Partners
Participate in an interview with some of our Global Partners, either in person or via technology
4. Mentoring and Coaching
Mentored by one of the Global Partners, implement business actions
Valerie MacLeod, MBA, is senior Global Partner with the Haines Centre. She is chair of the Centre and is a certified business coach, master facilitator and master trainer. She enjoys helping organizations and individuals exceed their goals. She coaches, trains and facilitates in strategic thinking, strategic planning, change, people and leadership.
Because of Valerie’s technical background (Bachelor of Mathematics) she works well with technical leaders – people who are engineers, accountants, scientists, doctors, geoscientists, computer specialists, technology professionals, etc. Her MBA (Human Resources) and experience give her the skills to facilitate, coach and training using a diverse skill set.
She is unique because she balances both left-brain (logical) and right-brain (creative & systems thinking) processing to help her clients strengthen their strategic thinking abilities.
She has been a Global Partner with the Haines Centre for over twenty-five years.
