Lead

No one is perfect. However, many leaders act like they are. They ignore complaints and negative feedback.

The normal reaction to a complaint is to not listen.

However, listening to all feedback, negative or positive, is the best way to improve your leadership skills.

And while improving your skills will not make your a perfect manager, you will be a better one than you are today.
