  1. Content - the things that you can see like words in a report or on a screen.

  2. Processes - the things that people do, like procedures. Processes extend over time. Examples are hiring, training, project approval, reporting.

  3. Structures - organizes people, ideas or materials. Structure influences behaviors more than processes or content. Examples are organization charts, data bases, buildings, rules, reports. A deep structure is the organization's culture.
