About Gold Mastery Certifications

The Haines Centre provides Strategic Management Gold Mastery Certifications in our three core practice areas:

Each Gold Mastery Certification consists of three phases:

Phase 1: Learning Phase - candidates attend a workshop in one area of specialization. Check our workshops for in-person or online sessions.

Phase 2: Master Class - attend a week-long immersion class to demonstrate your mastery of the topic and acquire additional in-depth knowledge and competency. Check our workshops. We prefer candidates attend an in-person Master Class but we also deliver online sessions.

Phase 3: Practicum - demonstrate your application of the concepts, frameworks, models and tools in your own organization or in a client's organization. Practicums are led by one of our Master Facilitators who bring with them mastery, tacit knowledge and practical abilities.

1. Systems Thinking Approach® to Strategic Management – Webinar Series

This live webinar series with Global Partner, Valerie MacLeod, will help you understand Systems Thinking applied to Strategic Management (planning, change and execution). The instructor(s) guide you through understanding our 10-step Strategic Management model and how to apply it in your organization. We offer this webinar series for participants who want to increase their knowledge in the areas of Systems Thinking and Strategic Management but can’t or don’t want to travel to one of our “in-person” workshops.

2. Master Class – Strategic Management, Date TBD

Demonstrate your mastery of the principles of Strategic Management! This intensive workshop addresses 15 key concepts of strategic planning, execution and and management. Participants will learn and teach back several of the concepts, to ensure in-depth understanding. Discussions will address facilitation skills and challenges for conducting these processes with executives and management teams.
