The Rollercoaster of Change® Webinar
Change is all around us - changing seasons, growing organizations, new technologies, expansion into new markets, and updated government regulations.
Whether the changes are something that you initiated or they are caused by external drivers, controlling change is superior to being the victim of it.
Learn how change impacts your organization and individuals inside the organization through understanding our Rollercoaster of Change® model.
Master how to move yourself, your staff and the organization quickly and effectively through change.
These change concepts will make you a better leader, team member, employee, volunteer and family member.
Does this sound like what you need?
I love coaching leaders to "up" their leadership skills.
I am a natural teacher and coach. I have been teaching and coaching for most of my career.
I have experienced lots of change: I changed my career from teaching computer courses to coaching and teaching leaders in strategic thinking and planning.
I have MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science which means I work successfully with leaders from varied backgrounds.
Because of my many certifications including Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching™, The Systems Thinking Approach® and our Strategic Management Approach® to Planning and Change, along with my extensive training and expertise in Strategic and Systems Thinking, planning and implementation, I help you understand and practically apply change concepts.
