I love coaching leaders to "up" their leadership skills.
I am a natural teacher and coach. I have been teaching and coaching for most of my career.
I have experienced lots of change: I changed my career from teaching computer courses to coaching and teaching leaders in strategic thinking and planning.
I have MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science so I work successfully with leaders with varied backgrounds.
Because of my many certifications including Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching™, The Systems Thinking Approach® and our Strategic Management Approach® to Planning and Change, along with my extensive training and expertise in Strategic and Systems Thinking, planning and implementation, I help you understand and practically apply change concepts.
