Relationships? At work? Really?

No person is an island!

When I work with individuals I do not treat the person as independent from the rest of the system....A system consists of a set of people who work together for a common goal. 

There is a relationship between everyone on the team.

There is a relationship between the team and other teams, between the team and the department, between the department and other departments, between the department and the organization....

There are many relationships at work. In order for teams to work well together, the relationships need to be understood and effective.
