Change is inevitable. How we react in the face of uncertainty is more important than the change itself.
We have all experienced change. We can learn from those experiences.
I have coached leaders in the midst of change.
This includes during sales and acquisitions, in the midst of massive downsizing, when their jobs changed substantially, and even while they switched companies and careers.
I have also morphed my business into more online work a few years ago when my major clients were in an economic recession and I've changed careers - from computing to Human Resources to leadership consulting.
