Getting your team to pull together

A team with a shared mission can achieve more than they can individually.

A shared identity - what they are called to do as a team, will help the team pull together in a shared direction.

With a shared identity a team can:

• Make better choices on where to take action.
• Reduce conflict because they agree on what is most important.
• Improve use of resources.
• Achieve goals.
