Plan

Forbes published an article called "5 Transitions Great Leaders Make that Average Leaders Don't".

Here is the summary:

  2. People first - create loyal followers, see your job is to serve them, learn from them, and leave them be better off for being led by you

  3. Develop awareness - self aware, organizationally aware, culturally aware, contextually aware, and emotionally aware

  4. Shun complexity - thinking strategically will allow you to see beyond the complexity

  5. Get personal -  it is not a weakness to get personal, to display empathy, kindness, and compassion – it is the ultimate strength
